Absolutely not. Our pricing is completely transparent — you only pay the 7% transaction fee when you sell tickets. Stripe processing fees (1.5% + 20p) are separate and charged by Stripe, not us. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.

We currently offer a free plan for everyone. Premium plans with lower fees and additional features are coming soon.

Payouts are processed 7 days after each event ends. This protects both you and your attendees by allowing time for any refund requests. Once processed, funds typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Enterprise includes personal support from George, our founder, who successfully ran GVO Events and sold out dozens of high-profile events. You get 1-on-1 strategy sessions, proven sell-out tactics, and a dedicated account manager.

Bounce is free to use — you only pay the 7% transaction fee when you actually sell tickets. If you have any issues, contact our support team and we'll help resolve them.
